Historical house near the center of Seneca Falls NY. The house was built in the 20's and was a convent for the Catholic Church that is to the west of the property. The lot is 3/4's of an acre and has a parking lot that can easily fit 25 cars. The first floor has hardwood floors throughout and has all the original wood doors and trim. In addition, the room that was formerly used as a chapel by the nuns stills has stained glass windows ( the pews have been removed). The second floor has 7 bedrooms, and the third floor has an additional 4 bedrooms. The basement has an exterior entrance and a concrete floor with several unfinished rooms.
